CALISTOGA, Napa County — The City of Calistoga has launched a new online billing portal for customers who receive municipal water or wastewater service. The city advises residents that the new account number is needed to register for the portal.

Calistoga’s Utility Billing Division says it supports more than 1,500 water and wastewater accounts. According to the city, residential accounts receive bills every two months, while other accounts are billed monthly. Rates are established by the City Council.

How to protect your account

Visit the municipal portal through the links on the official Calistoga government website, rather than clicking unrequested payment messages. Check the account number and billing period before paying, and retain receipts or confirmation emails for your records.

Who to contact

For starting or disconnecting water service, questions about charges, or help with municipal utility billing, Calistoga directs customers to 707-942-2801. Residents should check the current official page for up-to-date methods of payment, account requirements and service notices.
